A personal project tailored to a professional with many years of experience in Nutrition who wants to take advantage of his knowledge, experience and reputation in a branch of his profession.

Alto Desempeño is an initiative that responds to the entrepreneurial spirit of the founders, their desire to teach, collaborate and support others to excel and achieve their goals. This initiative is based on the fact that every intention to improve or change, whether at a personal or business level, can materialize in a project. This project must be structured in the best way to generate the expected results. This is where Alto Desempeño generates value, in the good structuring of projects so that they can generate the transformation expected by their owners and those involved.

Even the most efficient restaurants have opportunities to maximize their profitability by implementing capacity optimization models from other industries such as transportation. Both space and staff time can be converted into more production ready for more consumers interested in tasting their dishes at different times and in different environments. Alto Desempeño wants to turn this opportunity into a company that adds value and well-being to the economy by satisfying the needs of a demanding market willing to pay for these experiences.

There may be a couple of opportunities to generate value in the American residential remodeling market, which BOUFY will direct resources to check. One opportunity revolves around the scarcity of labor to cover these needs in this construction segment. The second opportunity revolves around every American family that always wants to undertake a remodeling project in their home. Finding ways to make these processes less painful in terms of time and money is what BOUFY will do using modern information technology tools.

This project is based on the author's experience of overcoming insomnia. After many years, he decided to study his condition and find solutions to improve his quality of life affected by insomnia. Studying the subject and keeping a diary about the improvements he observed, in addition to his vocation for writing and teaching, led him to write his experience in a book and later to do a workshop course for those interested in overcoming it in the same way.

Having a clear purpose in life should be one of the first steps to take in adult life, since adult life begins from the moment that more than 70% of the decisions we make are our responsibility and we assume their consequences. This beginning occurs when we finish university studies and/or leave our parents' home. However, the lack of purpose that exists today in all age ranges shows a disconnection of people with life itself and their own conscience, which leads to many personal questions and existential emptiness.
