The entrepreneurial spirit is not a rare phenomenon, but a force that has touched us all at some point. 5. Commitment to your future: work on what you can control and move forward.

To channel the necessary energy the activity demands from the entrepreneur, it is much better for him to be aware of where the sources of vital energy and self-motivation. This way, he'll be in a better position to manage and renovate them. The following graph shows all of them.

Something inquisitive about this energy pyramid is that food, which we often believe is the only energy source, is the first and least important. Although eating disorders or a poor diet can have adverse consequences for vital energy and self-motivation. It is important to learn about each one of them to manage this resources well and without hassle.

The most important source of vital energy and self-motivation is the meaning and purpose of life. Usually, an entrepreneur has a clear life purpose, although not so much the meaning of life (family, friends, and spirituality). Only this topic would merit a complete course to understand and consolidate it well. It is vast and fascinating. Furthermore, when we realize how little management we do to some of these sources, an excellent opportunity to increase and develop greater potential is implicit. The results we achieve are directly related to the amount of energy we use to do so.

This explanation of vital energy makes it clear that an entrepreneurial spirit is sustainable only with good management of energy sources, since it demands a lot. Otherwise, you can lose an excellent opportunity to develop your full potential and see it materialize in a great result.
