It never ends, and we must not let it end. To feel and stay alive, let us maintain the attitude of a beginner, a curious child, explorers, and discoverers of new subjects, and those who delve deeper into old ones. Our eyes will shine from the effects of endorphins, showing us to be full of life, and, in addition, we will always have something new to contribute to others. There is so much to learn that our entire life would never be enough to cover just a fraction.
Let us not discriminate in what we want to learn. Let us give ourselves the task, the opportunity, and the satisfaction of doing it. It may be in the area of our specialty or a different one. That may be finance, cooking, a language, or playing an instrument. We will be taking advantage of brain plasticity while developing this vital muscle, reducing the risk of Alzheimer's and other types of dementia.

Thousands of people create content in the form of videos, podcasts, or texts and make them available on YouTube.com, ivoox.com, and other media so we can click and enjoy them. All of them have their applications available for your cell phone. There are paid formats that are a little more specialized and offer accreditation, such as coursera.org, hotmart.com, platzi.com, and many more, to name a few. It's something that we all could benefit from today. All the global information and knowledge produced on the internet is available at a cost equal to or almost equal to zero. There is no excuse; only our lack of intention can end up hurting us ahead of time.
There are many ways to add life to our existence, and continuous learning is one of them. Learning could bring us some additional benefits that would give us even more vital energy through more friends, recognition, well-earned money, purpose, and a better attitude. Those are called indirect effects. It is worth it. I could not wait to share it with all of you.
The mirror of learning is teaching, the latter more oriented to serving others. This activity also brings a lot of life to those who practice it and is one of the most efficient ways to strengthen learning. By teaching, we activate a new area, service to others. This service brings benefits, which I mentioned in previous articles, but it is worth remembering. Serving others rebuilds and reinforces self-esteem, self-assessment, and self-confidence. All of them are key for any person to develop and focus on their potential and purpose. Not a minor thing at all.
When we serve others, we are giving them our time. That time is vital energy for the person who receives it, and it could activate profound changes in that person, starting with the knowledge that it was worth dedicating to them simply because we gave it with enthusiasm. Thus, the magic of learning can unleash life in you and all those around you. In today's hectic life, this seems a lot like a miracle!
